For over a decade I built and operated the data infrastructure that commercial teams depended on to make decisions — SFE targeting models, SIP analytics, NBA orchestration engines, launch readiness prediction, and omnichannel engagement across five therapeutic areas and 500+ field users. In MDM, I owned the data foundation. In US Medical, I owned the data and the strategy.
I was not observing commercial transformation from the outside. I was operationalizing it from within. Now I'm pairing that industry experience with an MS in Data Science at Boston College, completing August 2026 — bridging pharma commercial instincts with applied machine learning, NLP, and AI strategy.
The name of this practice is Proofs & Patterns because that's the actual method: find the pattern in the data, then prove it holds before anyone builds a strategy on top of it. The brand used to be narrower — data operations only. The work outgrew that. It's strategy, research, and governance now, with the same evidentiary standard applied to all three.
What I'm looking for: Enterprise leadership roles at the intersection of commercial AI strategy, data transformation, and pharma commercial operations — Director level and above, remote, in life sciences, healthcare AI, or data-driven commercial transformation.
